Damara is a gentle Great Pyreenes who has been on her own for too long. She is a bit on the thin side and has a heavily matted coat that we are slowly clipping away at. Damara has the sweetest most gentle personality and loves people and being petted. She will follow the staff around the yard in hopes of getting petted. Damara means gentle and she certainly is. She gets along with all the other dogs here at the shelter and would just be such a great family dog. We think she was a pasture dog as she does like to be outside. Consider Damara and come by to meet her, she really will be a beauty when she puts on some weight and her coat grows back in. She is just needing a home to blossom in.
