Say hello to Wendall! He's a rather shy little gentleman that enjoys long naps on his hammock. He loves finding treats in grass mats and puzzles the most! Once he warms up to you he is a big fan of nose scratches. He was housed with another chinchilla before, but he'd rather not share his space. I hope you come say hi to this sweet boy soon!Adoption processOur adoptable pets are available for visitors to meet during our business hours.There is an adoption application so we can assist with a good match for you. Many pets go home the same day.If you have a resident dog(s), you will be asked for them to meet the shelter dog to ensure compatability.All family members should be involved with the adoption process and meet the shelter dog prior to adoption. This meeting does not apply to cats.Our adoption fees vary based on the age of the pet and the medical services it required from us.
