Phoenix was abandoned as a puppy. We found her and took her in. She has been in training and was thriving. We have another German shepherd and three kids. Phoenix learned how to jump over fences and got stuck on one before we knew she could do it. She got hurt and since then we believe she has PTSD from it and it has altered her personality. She can be possessive of food and has started jumping on our children. Small children are not recommended right now as she is not careful around them right now. She does not bite but does play very rough with all dogs so little dogs are not good for her to be around. She needs a home that is well versed in German shepherds and can help her through her ptsd. She is kenneled trained but not house trained. If left alone in the house she will chew things ups. She does not potty in the house unless left alone. We love her and really want a good home that can help her.
