Hi, I'm Rocko! I'm 1 year old. I'm an 80lb American Staffy/Pit mix and my mom and dad took me in when I was 2 weeks old and helped me become big and strong and now I'm looking for my forever home! Right now I live with my mom and dad, my 5 teenage human siblings whom I love so much, my sister Sheeba (dog), and brother Lucky (dog). Lucky is a grumpy butt. I love to chase my two kitty sisters but they never want to play with me and that makes me sad. I love to play fetch outside and wrestle with my current mom and dad, but I don't like it when I see my brothers or sisters wrestling, I'm worried they will get hurt! I've also learned that I don't like it when anyone grabs my collar or my neck. I think it's from when I was tiny and my birth mom wasn't there to pick me up and move me around. I try to play as much as I possibly can, if not I get the zoomies and then I will bug my siblings by trying to play with their feet when they walk by. I'm a happy dog and love playing with everyone in my family but lazy Sundays on the couch are my favorite, except for treats, I can't get enough of those! Don't tell Dad but Mom is my favorite, I follow her everywhere and always do my "happy dance" when she comes home from work. Whenever I get the chance I like to run up to her room and try to spend the night with her, but usually I have to sleep with my brothers, they're ok too I guess. Every day I look out the window to protect the house even though mom and dad are right there. You can never be too careful! I love to talk any chance I get, especially when I see another human or dog walking by the house, and I love talking to the neighbor's dogs through the fence when we're all outside together. My mom and dad don't like it but I'm getting better at listening, I'm still pretty stubborn though. I am potty trained and I do well in a crate when I have to be in one, but that isn't very often, only when someone comes to visit. My best trick yet is "sit". There is one thing I need is help being ok around other dogs and people that aren't in my current family. I'm a scaredy cat so I bark but that scares them and that's no good. My mom took me to see someone and they told me I was a good boy, and gave me lots of treats but I was really scared. They said once I'm used to others I'll be just fine.
